To address potential glare and overheating concerns, sun louvres are employed as a second skin to the primary façade. This effectively minimizes direct heat gain, ensuring a comfortable indoor environment. Moreover, the sun louvres have significantly contributed to the building's distinctive identity, creating a unique and recognizable character both internally and externally.
The courtyard acts as a defining feature, marking the main entrance and becoming a central focal point for the entire structure.
