The proposed building will provide office spaces of 960 square meters per floor plate. It will consist of a retail lot for leasing on the ground floor, flexible office spaces that allow for sub-division into smaller units on typical floors, supporting spaces like integrating pod-like meeting rooms and break-out areas where necessary and a corporate events space on the penthouse floor.
Instead of using curtain walling, the clever combination of sillica spray tiles, modular glass panels and precast concrete panels form the facade of this 30m (100 ft) tall office tower. This significantly reduces the greenhouse effect. ​​​​​​​
