The design approach aims to create low energy consumption and a highly efficient workspace for the organization with plenty of natural daylight penetrating into the building. The internal courtyard plays a key role in bringing the natural daylight into the heart of the building, demarcating the main entrance and forming a central focus to the building. The use of sun-screen louvres acting as a second skin to the main façade helps to minimize the glare and overheating issues in the building. This building feature has been highly effective in blocking direct heat gain and also has been successful in creating its own identity within as well as on the entire building.
